I’ll work with you for the 60 days leading up to your wedding, and will be onsite throughout the event to ensure your vision comes to life.
- Initial consultation at the time of booking to discuss your plans and preferences.
- Site visit to your chosen venue for logistical understanding.
- Reviewing plans to spot any potential issues.
- Creation of a detailed schedule and runsheet tailored to your day.
- Wedding Rehearsal, on site walk through before the big day.
- Staff management.Ensuring everyone involved knows their roles and timings.
- Liaising with vendors and venue staff to align logistics and requirements.
- Overseeing the final setup and Implementing backup plans as needed ( eg: wet weather options)
- Supporting the bridal party and assisting with any last-minute needs.
- Welcoming and directing guests throughout the event.
- Handling any unexpected issues discreetly and efficiently.
